These website terms apply to your use of the Rose Petal Moments website. They provide general information about our rental and decor services. A booking is governed by the final quote, invoice, and rental or service agreement accepted by the customer.
Website information and pricing
We work to keep descriptions, package contents, availability, delivery fees, and pricing accurate. Website information is provided for general planning and may be updated without notice. A written quote confirms the services, quantities, prices, fees, event details, and availability for your booking.
Quotes and reservations
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not reserve inventory or an event date. A reservation becomes confirmed only after Rose Petal Moments accepts the booking and any required signed agreement and payment have been received. Quote expiration dates and payment schedules will appear in the booking documents.
Delivery, access, setup, and pickup
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event and access information, a safe and suitable installation area, and timely access to the venue. Additional fees may apply for distance, stairs, elevators, carries over 50 feet, narrow access, exact-time service, after-hours pickup, difficult ground conditions, or services beyond the confirmed order. Any applicable fee will be addressed in the quote or booking agreement.
Weather, safety, and site conditions
Outdoor rentals and balloon installations depend on safe weather and site conditions. Rose Petal Moments may decline, modify, postpone, or discontinue setup or use when conditions create a safety risk, including severe weather, unsafe surfaces, inadequate clearance, underground or overhead hazards, or venue restrictions. Customer responsibilities, weather decisions, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in the booking agreement.
Rental care and damage
Customers must use rental items only for their intended purpose and protect them from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized movement, staining, damage, and unsafe conditions during the rental period. Responsibility for missing or damaged items and any replacement or cleaning charges will be governed by the booking agreement.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and order-change terms vary by booking and are stated in the accepted quote or rental agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if event details change.
Photos and intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, and original photography may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Any permission to photograph or share a customer's event or setup will be addressed separately and is not granted merely by using this website.

The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram, telephone, or email providers. Rose Petal Moments is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
